Should we build the ark yet?

With all the flooding we have been having up here and now down in Des Moines, Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Cedar Rapids we are wondering if we should be building an ark?! Thankfully, we haven't really been affected by the floods besides a little bit of water in the basement, but nothing major. One advantage is that our property value just went up with all of our lake front property :)
