Just as good as it was 3 years ago...

We celebrated our 3rd Anniversary on May 20th. Since we haven't been home on any of our other previous anniversaries, this year, we decided to bust out the top of our wedding cake and give it a try. Thanks to my mom who did a great job wrapping and packing it up while we were on our honeymoon. The cake weathered the freezer great for 3 years and it tasted almost as good on the 3rd year as it did on the wedding day!
