Canning Beans Part 3
This picture probably should have been earlier, but it shows the lids boiling. You have to boil the lids so that they make a good seal. You also have to make sure not to touch the inside of the lid after taking out of the boiling water to prevent contamination. 
The finished product, the beans do loose their vibrant green color after they are cooked, but still take delicious! 
There you have it, a little sneak peak into the process of canning beans. It was a lot of fun, and I can't wait to try it again next year, as well as try it with some other things. Thanks mom for all your help!

I enjoyed teaching you how to do this. Was fun and you certainly will enjoy them this winter. Am anxious to teach you more next year. You are a fast learner, easy to teach. Enjoy your good work.
