35/35!

This week marks the 35 week, 35 days to go mark!

Here is what baby is up to this week:

Your baby doesn't have much room to maneuver now that he's over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds (pick up a honeydew). Because it's so snug in your womb, he isn't likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times he kicks should remain about the same. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products. Most of his basic physical development is now complete – he'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight---from Babycenter.com

Here is another update from Similac:
Your baby's growth has been progressing at a remarkable pace as your due date draws near. But the next three weeks could bring your baby's most rapid weight gain. Your baby probably continues to gain at least a half a pound a week. During the 35th week of pregnancy, your baby already might be close to his birth length, near 18 inches from head to foot, and he continues to build up necessary fat, especially in his shoulders. Within your now-crowded uterus, your baby might shift his movements from kicks and punches to more rolls and wiggles.

We are continuing to get things done everyday, and have got many things checked off my to do list. In the last week I got my eyes checked, contacts ordered, hair cut, Dakota's hair cut, most of the baby laundry done etc etc. We have also got a new furnace, air conditioner, a few new windows, and our sewer dug up and fixed, We obviously didn't want to do all of this stuff, but are thankful for all God provides. We also completed our child birth classes this week, and are Christmas shopping this weekend. Hopefully we are able to find a lot of good deals, and get everyone checked off our list. Then onto the wrapping!

I also got my December schedule for work today, and I wasn't on it! I almost forgot that I wouldn't be working (outside the home) during December. Crazy huh?!

Have a good weekend everyone!
